NG battery protection for systems without VE.Bus.
The smallBMS NG offers Bluetooth monitoring and charge/load control for compatible Victron Lithium NG battery installations.
Check compatibility before selecting
For Victron Lithium NG batteries only; incompatible with older Lithium Battery Smart batteries. The smallBMS NG has no VE.Bus interface and is not suitable for MultiPlus or Quattro VE.Bus inverter/chargers. Choose a supported VE.Bus BMS NG for those installations.
Coordinate a protected battery system
Load-disconnect, charge-disconnect and pre-alarm signals coordinate compatible external equipment. These outputs control remote inputs or suitable interfaces; they do not carry the main battery current. The installer must provide correct load and charger shutdown wiring.
Bluetooth monitoring
VictronConnect displays cell information, battery current and state of charge received from NG batteries. The system supports 12V, 24V and 48V bank configurations when designed according to Victron instructions. Batteries, main protection, wiring and power-supply fuse are separate.
