The Renogy Rover 60A MPPT Charge Controller bridges the gap between compact Rover models and the 100A flagship. It supports 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V banks, a 150V PV ceiling and optional app monitoring for larger mobile or stationary systems.

Renogy lists 800W/12V, 1,600W/24V, 2,400W/36V and 3,200W/48V. Never use the 48V wattage limit on a lower-voltage bank.
System fit
Treat 150V as an absolute ceiling, not a design target.
Renogy reduces the maximum PV input to 140V at -25°C. Calculate the array’s coldest expected Voc, observe the bank-specific wattage limit and size cables, breakers and disconnects for the completed system.
Battery profileUse only a supported sealed, gel, flooded or lithium profile and configure lithium voltage manually as required.
Ventilation and accessThe IP32 enclosure measures 11.22 × 8.07 × 4.00 in. Install it in a protected, ventilated location with service clearance.

Can it run on a 48V bank?
Yes. Renogy lists 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V support.
How much solar can I connect at 24V?
Renogy lists a maximum of 1,600W for a 24V bank, subject to the voltage, current and cold-weather limits.
Does it include Bluetooth?
No Bluetooth module is listed with the controller-only SKU. Compatible BT-1/BT-2 modules are separate.
Can I use the full 150V in winter?
Do not design to the absolute ceiling. Renogy lists 140V at -25°C, and the array’s cold-weather Voc must remain below the applicable limit.
