Shipping Coverage Area

Torven Power currently ships to customers within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Some oversized, hazardous-material, or freight-class products may have additional location restrictions. Any limitations will be communicated before the order is shipped.

 

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and purchase details. This confirms that we have received your order but does not mean it has shipped.

We review orders for product availability, shipping eligibility, and payment verification before fulfillment begins. For certain high-value purchases, we may contact you to confirm order or delivery information.

 

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Processing times may vary for oversized equipment, freight shipments, custom-configured products, or items requiring additional supplier coordination. If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires a longer lead time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.

 

Shipment Notification and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin displaying movement after the carrier receives the shipment.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. When this occurs, additional tracking details may be provided for each package.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard transit time is generally 3–7 business days after processing. Most orders arrive within approximately 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Freight shipments, remote delivery locations, severe weather, carrier scheduling, or product-specific handling requirements may result in longer delivery times.

 

Shipping Carriers and Freight Delivery

Torven Power works with established carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and qualified freight providers.

Large or heavy products may be delivered by freight carrier. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or confirmed in writing, oversized freight deliveries are curbside only. The customer is responsible for moving the item from the curb or delivery area into the home, garage, or installation location.

Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please provide an accurate phone number and inspect freight shipments for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. White-glove or inside delivery is not included unless specifically arranged before shipment.

 

Delays and Exceptions

Although we work closely with our suppliers and carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, transportation disruptions, inventory changes, address issues, or circumstances outside our control.

When we become aware of a significant delay, our team will make every reasonable effort to notify you and provide updated information. Torven Power is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist with tracking and communication until the shipment is delivered.
