The Renogy Rover 40A MPPT Charge Controller is a practical match for mid-size RV, cabin and off-grid arrays. It supports 12V and 24V banks, a 100V PV ceiling, lithium activation and optional Bluetooth monitoring.

Renogy lists a 15–100V PV input range, 520W at 12V and 1,040W at 24V. Calculate cold-weather Voc, use external battery fusing and keep the controller in a protected, ventilated location.
Battery sideAuto-detection applies to supported non-lithium batteries. Lithium charging parameters must match the battery documentation.

How much solar can it handle on 12V?
Renogy lists a maximum of 520W on a 12V battery bank, subject to the PV voltage/current limits.
Can I use it on 24V?
Yes. The 24V PV power limit is 1,040W, with the same 100V maximum input ceiling.
Does it include a fuse?
No built-in system fuse replaces external overcurrent protection. Renogy specifically recommends a battery-side fuse sized for the installation.
Does G3 include Bluetooth?
Do not assume so from the title alone. Confirm the exact selected bundle and included SKU; controller-only packages require a separate compatible module.
