Battery temperature sensing for your Victron monitor
The ASS000100000 wired sensor adds battery temperature measurement to compatible BMV-702, BMV-712 Smart and SmartShunt installations. The monitor is sold separately.
Match the exact sensor
This is the BMV/SmartShunt sensor, distinct from the ASS000001000 MultiPlus/Quattro sensor and the wireless Smart Battery Sense. Configure the monitor’s auxiliary input for temperature and install according to its manual. The auxiliary input has one selected function, so temperature sensing cannot use that same input simultaneously for a second battery or midpoint measurement.
