The Digital Multi Control panel provides a dedicated physical interface for compatible Victron inverter/charger systems. It can be installed at a helm, vehicle dashboard or control panel so routine mode changes and input-limit adjustments do not require access to the inverter enclosure.

The panel provides charger and inverter status LEDs, a mode switch and a current-limit display with adjustment knob. It is a focused control interface rather than a touchscreen dashboard, battery-capacity monitor or source of electrical power.

Adjust the AC source limit for your installation

Use the control to set an appropriate input current limit for the connected system and available shore, generator or other AC source. The supported setting range and behavior depend on the inverter/charger configuration. The panel does not increase the ratings of a shore connection, generator, transfer switch, cabling or circuit protection.

Confirm the exact equipment and connector arrangement

Victron documents compatibility with MultiCompact, MultiPlus, MultiPlus-II, Quattro and Quattro-II families, as well as supported EasySolar and legacy systems. Match the system configuration and manual rather than assuming every Victron product uses the same control interface. This supplier SKU is the right-angle RJ45 version, which matters for cable routing and rear clearance.

Plan a wired control connection

The panel connects to the compatible inverter/charger system through an RJ45 UTP cable. Choose the correct cable length and mounting location. It is not a GX touchscreen, Ethernet router or wireless Bluetooth controller; the GX suffix in this product's name does not mean a complete GX monitoring centre is included.

The inverter/charger, communication cable, battery bank and wider system equipment are separate purchases. Will it show battery state of charge and solar production?

It is intended for inverter/charger status and control. For a broader energy-system dashboard, consider a suitable GX monitoring device and compatible battery and solar measurements.

Is the right-angle connector important?

Yes. Match this DMC000200010R variant to the available rear clearance and cable route. Do not substitute another connector variant solely because the front panels look similar.
