3.6kW 120V off-grid inverter/charger
Build a compact 120V solar-and-battery system without overbuying split-phase hardware.
The RUiXU SUNON3.6 combines a 3.6kW pure sine wave inverter, one high-voltage solar MPPT and battery/grid charging in a compact 48V-class platform. It is a focused fit for cabins, mobile workspaces and backup circuits built around 120V loads.

This model is 120V single phase
SUNON3.6 is not a one-unit 120/240V split-phase solution. Choose it only when the designed loads and distribution match its 120V output architecture.
Compact off-grid control
Put solar charging, AC charging and inverter output in one smaller package.
Focused 120V platformAvoid paying for unused split-phase capability when the project is intentionally designed around 120V loads.
Integrated solar MPPTRUiXU lists up to 4.5kW PV input through one MPPT for a properly designed high-voltage array.
Parallel expansion pathRUiXU lists up to six compatible units in parallel when installed and configured under current documentation.
System fit
Match every load and PV string to the compact platform.
Confirm 40–60V battery range, BMS communication, continuous and surge loads, AC input, conductor sizes and protection. RUiXU lists 300V maximum PV open-circuit voltage and a 90–260V MPPT range.
PV designUp to 4.5kW listed PV input on one MPPT; all modules in the string must remain inside voltage and current limits.
Indoor installationRUiXU lists an IP20 enclosure. Keep it protected from weather with required airflow and service space.

Common questions
RUiXU SUNON3.6 FAQ
Does SUNON3.6 provide 240V split phase?
No. RUiXU lists this model as 120V single phase. Choose SUNON7.2 or SUNON12 only after confirming the larger system requirements.
Can it export power to the utility?
Do not use it as a grid-export inverter. It is sold as an off-grid inverter with AC input and charging functions.
Will 3.6kW start every 120V appliance?
No. Check each load’s continuous draw and starting surge, then size the inverter and battery bank for simultaneous operation.
Can I use any 48V battery?
Not automatically. Confirm voltage, current capability, communication protocol and written model compatibility.
