12kW split-phase off-grid inverter/charger
Run a larger 120/240V off-grid system from one integrated power center.
The RUiXU SUNON12 combines 12kW of split-phase AC output, two high-voltage solar MPPTs and battery/grid charging in one 48V-class inverter. It is built for larger off-grid homes, shops and remote properties that need both 120V and 240V loads—not utility export.

Off-grid architecture—not a grid-export inverter
SUNON12 can use AC input for charging or bypass support, but this product is presented as an off-grid inverter. Do not design it to sell power back to the utility.
Large-system off-grid control
Bring solar, batteries and split-phase loads into one coordinated platform.
120/240V from one unitSplit-phase output supports common North American 120V and 240V loads within a properly designed panel and load plan.
Two MPPT inputsSeparate MPPT channels give the designer more flexibility to divide compatible PV strings and harvest solar across the array.
Scale beyond one inverterRUiXU lists parallel operation for up to six units when installed and configured according to current documentation.
System fit
Size the battery bank and PV strings for a true 12kW system.
Confirm 40–60V battery range, battery BMS communication, continuous and surge loads, generator or AC input, conductor sizes, protection, and PV string voltage across the full temperature range. RUiXU lists 500V maximum PV open-circuit voltage and a 90–450V MPPT range.
PV designUp to 24kW listed PV input across two MPPTs; every string must remain inside voltage and current limits in all conditions.
Indoor installationRUiXU lists an IP20 enclosure. Protect the inverter from weather and provide required airflow and working clearances.

Common questions
RUiXU SUNON12 FAQ
Can SUNON12 send power back to the utility grid?
Do not use it as a grid-export inverter. It is sold as an off-grid inverter with AC input and charging functions.
Does it provide both 120V and 240V?
Yes. RUiXU lists 120/240V split-phase output from one SUNON12 when installed and configured correctly.
Can I connect any 48V battery?
Not automatically. Confirm the battery voltage range, BMS communication protocol, current capability and RUiXU compatibility before ordering.
Does 24kW of PV mean the inverter outputs 24kW AC?
No. RUiXU lists up to 24kW PV input while rated AC output is 12kW. PV input, charging and AC output are different limits.
