Are these the new 320W N-Type panels?

No. The Torven SKU is RNG-320Dx2 and the gallery matches the legacy RNG-320D family, whose specifications differ from Renogy’s current RSP320DC N-Type panel.

Can I connect both panels in series?

Only if the combined cold-weather Voc remains below the connected controller or inverter limit and all other system requirements are met.

Will the pair produce 640W all day?

No. 640W is the combined rating under standard test conditions. Sun angle, heat, shading, dirt, wiring and conversion losses reduce real output.
