A high-capacity 12V battery built for real system work

2,560Wh of LiFePO4 storage—with the BMS, heating and connections already planned in.

The PECRON WB12200 is a 12.8V, 200Ah deep-cycle battery for correctly designed RV, marine, cabin, solar and backup systems. Its integrated BMS, automatic battery heating, app monitoring, covered terminals and high-current connection options make it more system-ready than a basic drop-in battery case.

This is a deep-cycle battery—not a complete power system

An inverter, charger, solar charge controller, correctly sized cables, overcurrent protection and disconnects may be required for your application. Do not use it as an engine-starting battery unless PECRON’s written documentation expressly approves that application.

BMS protection with app-based status monitoring

Integrated BMSThe battery-management system monitors operating conditions and applies the protections described in PECRON’s manual.
Smart app viewUse the PECRON app to review supported status information instead of treating terminal voltage as the only indicator.
Automatic heatingPECRON lists automatic battery heating and a charging environment range down to −4°F. Follow the manual’s temperature limits and heater behavior.

Connection architecture

High-current posts for the system, XT90 for a second path

Binding-post outputPECRON rates the binding-post output at 10–14.4V DC and up to 200A. Actual allowable current also depends on cable size, connection quality, fuse protection and the connected equipment.
Charging through the postsThe listed binding-post charging input is 14.2V DC at up to 100A. Use only a charger with the correct LiFePO4 profile and follow PECRON’s manual.
XT90 input and outputPECRON lists the XT90 path at up to 50A for input and output. Confirm connector polarity and cable ratings before use.

Where it fits

A flexible storage block for custom 12V builds

RV and camper systemsSupply correctly sized 12V loads and an inverter in a professionally planned mobile-power system.
Marine house powerUse as a house battery where ventilation, mounting, cable protection and marine installation requirements are addressed.
Cabin and solar storagePair with a compatible charge controller and inverter when building a 12V renewable-energy or backup system.

PECRON advertises multi-battery expansion, but series and parallel limits, matching requirements and required connection hardware must come from the current WB12200 manual. Do not mix battery models, capacities, ages or states of charge unless the manufacturer expressly permits it.

Designed for repeated cycling

3,500 cycles to 80%+ capacity

PECRON rates the WB12200 to retain at least 80% capacity after 3,500 cycles. It carries an IP54 rating, which means protection against limited dust ingress and water spray—not waterproof or submersible construction. PECRON lists a 3+2-year warranty under its current written terms.

Before installation

Five checks that matter more than the amp-hour label

  1. Voltage: verify every charger, inverter and 12V load is compatible with a 12.8V LiFePO4 battery.
  2. Current: calculate continuous and surge current before selecting cable, fuse and disconnect ratings.
  3. Mounting: secure the 48.5 lb battery against movement and protect the terminals from accidental short circuits.
  4. Temperature: PECRON lists −4°F to 113°F for charging and 32°F to 113°F for discharge and storage.
  5. Environment: keep the battery dry and ventilated; IP54 does not make it suitable for immersion or unprotected exposure.

Common questions

WB12200 FAQ

Can I connect an appliance directly to this battery?

Only a correctly rated 12V DC load should be connected through appropriate wiring and protection. Standard household AC appliances require a compatible inverter sized for both continuous and startup demand.

Can I charge it directly from a solar panel?

Not without a properly configured solar charge controller. The controller must accept the panel array and provide the LiFePO4 charging profile and limits specified for the WB12200.

Does automatic heating mean I can ignore cold-weather limits?

No. Follow PECRON’s current manual for heater activation and temperature limits. The published range is −4°F to 113°F for charging and 32°F to 113°F for discharge and storage.

Is it waterproof?

No. IP54 is not an immersion rating. Install the battery in a protected location and keep the terminals, connectors and electronics away from standing water.
