What warranty support does OSCAL provide?

OSCAL provides a 5-year manufacturer warranty. For an approved quality-defect claim, the unit is returned to OSCAL’s U.S. warehouse; OSCAL states that a replacement ships within three business days after warehouse receipt and that it covers freight for verified quality defects. The buyer is responsible for round-trip freight for non-quality issues. Contact Torven Power before returning the unit.

Connections, charging & box contents

14 output connections: three 120V AC receptacles, one 240V locking outlet, four USB-A ports, two USB-C ports, two DC5521 outputs, one Anderson output, and one 12V vehicle outlet.

Manufacturer-stated full-charge times are approximately 1.96 hours from up to 2,200W AC, 1.5 hours under ideal conditions from up to 2,400W solar, 15 hours from 240W vehicle input, or 1.44 hours using combined AC and solar. Actual times vary with conditions.

In the box: PowerMax6000, AC charging cable, vehicle charging cable, solar charging cable, and user manual/warranty card. Solar panels and expansion batteries are sold separately.
