System fit

Check the input before you connect.

Portable power stations do not all accept the same voltage, current, wattage or connector. Before ordering, confirm that your equipment can accept the MEGA 200’s 22.2V open-circuit voltage, 11.6A short-circuit current and 200W rated input. An adapter may be required for a power station that does not accept the panel’s solar connectors.

MEGA 200 FAQ

Does this version include a solar charge controller?

No. RS-X200B is the panel-only model. RICH SOLAR’s RS-X200BC charging kit is a separate product that includes a 20A controller.

Will it charge my portable power station?

It can charge a compatible power station. Confirm the station’s PV input voltage, current and wattage limits, along with the connector or adapter it requires, before connecting the panel.

Can I connect it directly to a 12V battery?

Do not connect the panel directly to a battery. Use a solar charge controller compatible with the battery chemistry and the panel’s electrical specifications, plus correctly sized wiring and overcurrent protection.

Does a 200W rating mean it will always produce 200W?

No. 200W is the rated output under standard test conditions. Actual production changes with sunlight, angle, temperature, shading, wiring and the connected equipment.
