Compact solar for mobile power

Unfold 100 watts without giving up valuable storage space.

The RICH SOLAR MEGA 100 turns a 100W monocrystalline array into a compact briefcase panel with built-in kickstands, protected corners and a carrying handle. Set it beside a campsite, van, boat or backup power station, aim it toward the sun and fold it away when the job is done.

RICH SOLAR MEGA 100 briefcase panel prepared for portable solar use

Why it travels well

Keep the vehicle in the shade and move the panel toward the sun.

Set the angle quicklyIntegrated kickstands support fast placement without a separate portable mount.
Pack it between stopsThe folding aluminum frame, handle and corner protection make storage and transport easier.
Connect to compatible gearA pair of 12 AWG, 5 ft panel leads with solar connectors is built in.

System fit

Match the panel to the input—not just the wattage.

Before connecting, confirm that your equipment can accept the MEGA 100’s 22.8V open-circuit voltage, 5.78A short-circuit current and 100W rated output. Portable power stations use different PV limits and connectors, so an adapter may be required.

Portable power stationsUse only when the station’s PV voltage, current, wattage and connector are compatible.
12V battery banksA compatible solar charge controller and correctly sized protection are required; they are not included with RS-X100B.

Common questions

MEGA 100 FAQ

Does this version include a charge controller?

No. RS-X100B is the panel-only model. The separate RS-X100BC charging kit includes a waterproof 10A controller.

Will it charge my portable power station?

It can charge a compatible station. Confirm the station’s PV voltage, current and wattage limits, plus its connector or adapter, before connecting the panel.

Can I connect it directly to a 12V battery?

Do not connect the panel directly to a battery. Use a compatible solar charge controller, correctly sized wiring and overcurrent protection.

Will it always produce 100 watts?

No. 100W is the rated output under standard test conditions. Real production changes with sunlight, panel angle, temperature, shading, wiring and the connected equipment.
