Common questions
Which batteries is this tray listed for?
Epoch lists this tray for 12460A-H and 24230A-H. Match the model printed on the battery label rather than relying on capacity or case appearance alone.
Is this a universal battery tray?
No. It is a model-specific Epoch accessory. Do not assume another battery will fit unless its base dimensions, terminal clearance and hold-down requirements have been confirmed.
Does the listing confirm every mounting fastener is included?
No detailed hardware list is stated in the public listing. Check the current product page and have suitable fasteners and hold-down components ready for the mounting surface.
What should I measure before ordering?
Measure the battery bay, available tray area, terminal and cable clearance, and the space needed to inspect and service the battery after installation.
