Discover 950-0053 Slimline battery enclosure

Build a planned AES RACKMOUNT installation around the matching manufacturer cabinet. The freestanding or pad-mounted enclosure accommodates up to six compatible AES RACKMOUNT modules and includes an installed busbar assembly rated for up to 500A DC. Actual system current and energy depend on the installed batteries and system design.

Included installation hardware

One enclosure, an installed busbar mounting assembly, a plexiglass busbar protector, six positive/negative battery cable pairs (0.75m each), six L-brackets and an accessory kit with keys, CAT6 cables, cable ties and mounting screws. Battery modules and the LYNK II Gateway are separate purchases.

Choose the matching battery system

The enclosure is designed for Discover AES RACKMOUNT modules, including 48-48-5120 and 48-48-5120-H. It is not a universal cabinet for unrelated rack batteries. A LYNK II Gateway supports closed-loop integration with compatible inverter-chargers when installed and configured as directed.

Installation and certification

NEMA 3R construction supports indoor or outdoor installation in an approved location. UL 9540 DC ESS certification applies to the manufacturer-specified enclosure and battery configurations installed according to the current manual; the empty cabinet is not an energy storage system. Have a qualified installer confirm the battery count, inverter compatibility, required disconnects, location and local approval requirements.

No. This price covers one 950-0053 enclosure and its specified installation parts. Batteries pictured in the manufacturer installation example are sold separately.
