No. Select adhesive or another fastening system specifically approved for the roof material, bracket plastic and expected loads.

Will it fit every solar panel?

It is intended for framed panels, including RICH SOLAR models, but exact frame dimensions and support surfaces still need to fit the bracket geometry.

Can I install it without drilling?

A bonded installation may avoid roof fasteners when the roof and adhesive system allow it, but it still needs a load-qualified design and proper surface preparation.

What are the two extra pieces for?

They support the long sides of the panel in addition to the four corner mounts; position them according to the current instructions and frame layout.
