Alternator and solar charging in one 50A controller
Charge a 12V house bank from solar, the alternator—or both.
The RICH SOLAR BRAVO 50 DC combines a 50A DC-DC charger with MPPT solar regulation. It accepts 12V or 24V alternator input, supports up to 800W of recommended solar input and charges a 12V battery bank with selectable lead-acid or lithium profiles.

Can it charge a 24V house battery?
No. The current specification lists a 12V battery system. The 12V/24V rating refers to supported alternator input.
Can solar and alternator charge at the same time?
RICH SOLAR states that both inputs can operate simultaneously or independently, with selectable priority. Follow the current manual and total-current limits.
Does it work with smart alternators?
RICH SOLAR lists compatibility with traditional and smart 12V/24V alternators. Confirm ignition/control wiring and the exact vehicle charging system.
Is it waterproof?
The current specification lists IP32, not a fully waterproof rating. Install it in a protected, ventilated location.
