What exactly comes in this kit?
The currently verified core package is 2 ETHOS Batteries and 2 BigBattery APEX-6.5K Split-Phase Off-Grid Inverters. ETHOS grounding cable is not listed as included and must be planned separately. Confirm the final written packing list for SKU K0307 before fulfillment.
Are solar panels included?
No. Solar panels, array racking and site-specific balance-of-system materials are not part of the verified package. They must be selected for the roof or ground array, climate, code and inverter input limits.
How long will 10.24kWh run my loads?
Runtime depends on the loads, reserve setting, temperature and conversion losses. As a simple planning example, 10.24kWh of nominal energy represents about 10.24 hours at a constant 1kW load before losses and reserve; real usable runtime will be lower.
Can this off-grid kit sell power back to the grid?
BigBattery APEX-6.5K is presented here as an off-grid inverter. This kit is not merchandised for grid sellback; use its AC input, bypass and generator functions only within the current manual and permitted design.
Is the complete kit UL 9540 certified?
No blanket UL 9540 system claim is made for this off-grid bundle. Review the current listings and test reports for each component with the installer and authority having jurisdiction.
What warranty applies?
BigBattery lists a 12-year limited battery warranty. For the BigBattery APEX-6.5K, the current manufacturer materials state: 5-year limited warranty; current written terms control. Eligibility, registration, operating conditions and remedy are governed by the current written manufacturer terms.
