Purpose-built charging for 48V LiFePO4 batteries

Choose 20A or 25A at 57.6V with universal 100–240V AC input.

The RICH SOLAR 48V LiFePO4 charger is offered in 20A and 25A versions for compatible 48V-class LFP batteries. A die-cast aluminum enclosure, active cooling, two-color status light and published protection suite make it a practical shop, garage or equipment-room charger when the battery manufacturer specifies a 57.6V profile.

48V charger questions

What is the difference between the 20A and 25A versions?

Both use a 57.6V profile; the selected model changes maximum output current. Choose from the battery's allowed charge current and the desired charging time, not price alone.

Can I charge an ALPHA 5 or ALPHA 5 PRO battery?

Only if the current battery manual allows a 57.6V stand-alone charger, the connector and polarity match, and the selected 20A or 25A current is within the BMS limit. Verify the exact battery model.

Does IP67 mean the charger can be used in rain?

Do not treat the complete charging setup as immersible or weatherproof. AC plugs, DC connectors, switches, cable entries and the installation environment must remain within the manual's requirements.

How long will charging take?

Divide the energy to be replaced by approximate charging power, then allow for tapering, efficiency, temperature and BMS limits. Actual time depends on battery size and state of charge.
