High-density rigid solar with rear-side gain

Collect 300 watts from the front—and useful reflected light from the back.

The BougeRV 300W N-type TOPCon panel combines 25% listed cell efficiency, a bifacial glass design and 16 busbars in a rigid module for cabins, RVs, boats and ground-mounted off-grid arrays. Its rear surface can convert reflected light when the installation leaves it exposed to a bright mounting surface.

At a glance

The numbers that shape the buying decision

300WRated front-side output
25%Listed cell efficiency
44.2VOpen-circuit voltage
32.8 lbPanel weight
Bifacial gain depends on the installation—not the label

Rear-side production is strongest when the panel is elevated above a bright, reflective surface with minimal rear obstruction. A roof-mounted module held close to a dark surface may see little additional energy.

Why choose it

Designed for larger off-grid arrays and limited mounting space

N-type TOPCon cellsBougeRV lists 25% cell efficiency for strong power density and lower degradation than conventional P-type cells.
Bifacial glass constructionThe rear side can turn reflected light into additional energy when racking and ground conditions allow.
16-busbar layoutMore current-collection paths are designed to improve conductivity and reduce resistive loss.

Where it fits

A versatile 300W building block for fixed solar systems

At 61.3 × 37.4 × 1.4 inches, the panel is compact enough for many RV and cabin roofs while large enough to reduce module count. Confirm structural support, wind loading, controller sizing and safe access before installation.

Cabins and shedsBuild a compact battery-charging array for remote property.
RV and trailer roofsUse fewer modules where the roof can support the weight and dimensions.
Ground racksRaise the panel over a light surface to make better use of the bifacial rear.

Compatibility and planning

Confirm the complete setup before checkout.

Confirm the controller or inverter accepts 44.2V Voc, 8.9A Isc and the full series/parallel array. Calculate cold-weather Voc, use appropriately rated disconnects and overcurrent protection, and stay within the listed 20A maximum series fuse rating.

In the box

  • Factory-installed junction box and solar leads

Warranty and support

Manufacturer-backed product confidence

BougeRV lists a 10-year materials-and-workmanship warranty and a 30-year linear power-output warranty. Coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s current written terms.

Common questions

BougeRV 300 Watt N-Type Rigid Bifacial 16BB Mono Solar Panel FAQ

How much energy can a 300W panel make in a day?

As a planning example, 4–6 peak-sun-hours can support roughly 1.2–1.8 kWh before real-world losses. Weather, angle, temperature, shade and system efficiency change the result.

Do I need a bifacial-specific controller?

No. Size the controller to the panel’s voltage and current, including any additional rear-side output and all array/cold-weather conditions.

Can I connect it directly to a battery?

No. Use a compatible solar charge controller, proper wire sizing, disconnects and overcurrent protection.

Will a power station accept this panel?

Only if its PV input accepts 44.2V open-circuit voltage, the panel current and total wattage, and you have the correct connector.
