The RICH SOLAR 40A DC-DC Charger is a 12V-to-12V DC-DC charger for RVs, vans, boats and work vehicles. It regulates alternator power for lithium and lead-acid auxiliary batteries, with a 20A low-current mode for systems that need a gentler load on the source.

Will it work with LiFePO4 batteries?

Why is there a low-current mode?
The 20A mode reduces load on the alternator and wiring. It can be useful when source capacity, cable size or battery acceptance does not support the full 40A setting.
Does it work with a 24V alternator or battery?
No. This model is published for 12V input and a 12V auxiliary battery. A different charger is required for another system voltage.
Are the temperature sensor and control wires included?
