The RICH SOLAR 1200W Solar Kit combines 6 rigid MEGA 200 panels, a 60A MPPT controller and the listed solar-to-controller and controller-to-battery wiring. It is built for a properly designed 24V battery system in an RV, trailer, boat, cabin or off-grid project.

Solar generation and charge control—not a complete AC system
This kit captures and regulates solar energy. Add a compatible 24V battery bank, battery protection and—if AC loads are planned—a correctly sized 24V inverter and AC distribution.
System fit
Use the full array on a properly designed 24V battery bank.
The controller is rated for up to 800W of PV on 12V and 1,600W on 24V. The 1,200W array therefore exceeds its 12V solar-input limit. Follow the current 60A controller manual for string voltage, current, conductor size, charging profile and protection.

RICH SOLAR lists 25-year power-output and 10-year workmanship coverage for the MEGA 200 panels, plus a two-year warranty for the 60A MPPT controller. Each component remains subject to its current written eligibility, installation and claim terms.
Common questions
1200W kit planning questions
Does this kit include a battery or inverter?
No. It includes the listed solar panels, charge controller, basic cable pairs, bracket hardware, fuse holder and parallel adapter. The storage and AC-power portions of the system are separate.
Can I use the full array on a 12V battery?
Not through this controller at the full 1,200W rating. The RS-MPPT60 is limited to 800W of PV on a 12V system and 1,600W on a 24V system. Use the 24V design described for this kit.
How should the panels be wired?
Series and parallel counts must keep cold-weather open-circuit voltage, operating voltage and array current inside the controller limits. Follow the current manual rather than choosing a layout from panel count alone.
Will the array always make its rated wattage?
No. 1,200W is the combined standard-test rating. Actual production changes with sun angle, temperature, clouds, shading, dirt, wiring and charge-controller conditions.
